Maintenance of Time- and BOM-dependent Routing Parameters

Description

With Release 4.0A, time-dependent maintenance of the scrap factor, cycle time, and load factor is possible through a predefined period split either in the material master or the routing.

Data is saved in the PLPLAN_PARAM table. You can save the parameters either to a standard routing, or to a standard routing connected to a BOM. When the plan is disaggregated, the scrap factors that were originally maintained in the plan, as well as standard values 1 and 2, will be temporarily overwritten.

You can carry out this transaction in the process overview of the routing or through material planning 2 in the material master.

It is only possible to maintain data for standard routings. Referenced routings with referenced operations, for example, cannot yet be maintained.
