Cancellation of the "Manual Costing" Function

Description

From Release 4.0A, the manual entry of additional costs to a cost estimate with quantity structure is carried out by means of an additive cost estimate using unit costing.

Transactions CK71, CK72, and CK73 remained available for manual costing until Release 4.5A, when they were removed.
