Age Letter Reminder
Description
To aid in the tracking of when your employees should submit their age letters, features WALRD 'Age Letter Reminder Date Type' and 'WTECH' have been created. Furthermore, you can also run a report 'Age Letter Reminders', to generates a reminder list as to which employees need to submit their age letters for a specified period of time.
For example, you can specify that you want a reminder to be generated three months before the beginning of the next tax year for all employees who turn 65 in the next tax year. This information is stored on infotype Reminder Dates (I0019).
