E-Mail Notification for New Work Items

Scope of Functions

An agent can be notified of when there are new work items in their Business Workplace with an e-mail. Report RSWUWFML can be used for this.

This function is of particular use for those users who do not work with the workflow inbox of the Business Workplace on a daily basis. This report can now be used to inform them by mail that there is a work item.
