New Version of the SAPphone Server

Scope of Functions

The architecture and the user interface of the SAPphone server have been fundamentally revised for Release 4.6A. The SAPphone server has been adapted to suit the TAPI versions 2.1 and 3.0 and now supports further telephony functions: Put call on hold, transfer call, consult, wait mode and conference calls.
