New Step Type 'Send Mail'

Use

The step type Send mail replaces the former Workflow Wizard Include "Send mail".

When defining a step of this type, you enter all the data required for the mail on the tab page Mail. This includes the mail recipient, the mail text and the subject. When you exit the step definition, a corresponding task is created automatically, for which you can specify an abbreviation and a short text.
