Integration of Lotus Notes for SAP Business Workflow

Use

The integration of Lotus Notes covers the following functions:

• Starting workflows in a SAP System using Lotus Notes masks without a SAP GUI

• Processing decision work items using a Lotus Notes mask without a SAP GUI

• Processing SAPforms work items using a Lotus Notes mask without a SAP GUI

• Integration of SAPforms development environment (SAPforms Designer) in Lotus Notes for creating individual Lotus Notes masks for form tasks and decision tasks

• Work item display for all work items using Lotus Notes mask with generic basic functions, such as Add attachments, Forward

• Workflow functionality can run locally on the client or on the Domino server as an agent

• Support for "roaming users", meaning that notebook users can configure various locations for RFC access
