Authorization check for posting investment support was expanded

Description

As the result of a customer problem message, an authorization check has been added to the program for determining investment support (program RAINZU01).
The authorization object is A_PERI_BUK. It now checks the periodic activity '39.'
Check the authorizations of your employees to see if they have this authorization.
If you use the standard SAP authorization profiles, you do not have to maintain anything, since they contain this authorization.
