Assigning Transaction Types for Cash Concentration

Description

As of release 4.02A, you must maintain the following transaction types and offsetting transaction types for cash concentration:

  • For internal carry forwards: 2200 and 7200
  • For external carry forwards: 2210 and 7210

In addition, you must review and possibly change the following assignment between posting categories and transaction types:

  • Cash concentration external: 32 = outflow to 2210
  • Cash concentration external: 33 = inflow to 7210

Effects on Customizing

If you wish to execute cash concentration, maintain the transaction types by choosing Current accounts-> Account management-> Basic functions-> Account management-> Maintain transaction types and assign offsetting transaction types
