Correction of Cross-Client Table JBDKKOF
Use
In the "Weighted adjustment" costing procedure, fixed interest rates are stored in table JBDKKOF. The design of this table contains an error in that the table applies across all clients, instead of being client-dependent. This can cause errors when carrying out costing using the "Weighted adjustment" procedure. The incorrect design occurred for the delivery of the "Weighted adjustment" procedure for Banking 4.01.
If you have already corrected the error for an earlier Release in accordance with Note 336094, then you need to convert the contents of customer table ZJBDKKOF to the new client-dependent table JBDKKOF_N.
If you have not yet corrected the error, you need to start report RJBDKKOF_CONV after the upgrade to
Banking 4.62. Do not carry out any costing in SEM Banking - Profitability Analysis before you have done this.
The report assigns a client to the entries in table JBDKKOF and converts them to the new client-dependent
table JBDKKOF_N. If no client can be assigned to an entry, an error is triggered and the entry is stored
in table JBDKKOF_BACKUP with the time and the date. The transactions for these entries need to be completely recalculated.
