Time Deposit Certificate Printing

Use

BCA provides a certificate print interface for generating certificates for time deposit accounts. A certificate of deposit can be printed when an account is created using the Fast Entry Account Create transaction (BCA_US_TDA1). A new certificate can also be printed when an account is rolled over to a new term. Single and mass printing is supported during Time Deposit Rollover. Also reprint capability for the current certificate is possible using the Fast Entry Account Display transaction (BCA_US_TDA3).

The print interface provides three tables. The first contains standard time deposit account fields, the second contains the header interest condition(s), and the third is the item interest condition(s).

The BTE 00015000 for Certificate Printing needs to be filled to enable certificate printing functionality. Using the provided template SAMPLE_INTERFACE_00015000, create a function module in your name space. The interface must not be altered. Once activated and put into place the BTE functionality will pass the 3 tables filled with time deposit account info at which point you define what and how you wish to print the information. The sample interface uses SAP SMART FORMS as the print media. The smart form is provided as well. Copy and manipulate the form as needed. You can find where the BTE is called by searching for OPEN_FI_PERFORM_00015000_E.
