Insurance for Installment Loans (New)

Use

As of SAP ECC Enterprise Extension Financial Services 6.0 (EA FS 600) you can create insurance policies for installment loans in the function Edit Installment Loan when processing loans from the category Installment Loans (360). You manage the insurance policy master data in a connected collateral management system; you only assign the policies to installment loans in Loans Management.

The following new reports are available for position management of the insurance policies by choosing Position Management -> Periodic Processing:

• Give Notice on Expired Insurance Policies

• Compare Payment Plans for Insurance Policies

• Disburse Insurance Premiums to Insurance Tracking Vendor

Effects on Data Transfer

Effects on System Administration

Effects on Customizing

To use this function you need to execute the following IMG activities in Customizing for Loans Management:

• Determine System Settings for Insurance Handler

• Define Portfolios

• Determine Condition Types for Payment Plans

• BAdI: Calculation of Rebate Amount when Notice Given

• BAdI: Creation of Master Data Changes List
