Changes in Profitability Analysis Menu

Use

As of SAP R/3 Enterprise Financial Service 2.00 (EA-FINSERV 200) the application menu for Profitability Analysis has a new structure.

Deleted Transactions

The Master Data node and the subordinate activity Define Portfolio have been deleted from the Profitability Analysis area under Master Data -> Bank Transactions -> Foreign Exchange. You can find this function in Customizing for Corporate Financial Management by choosing Transaction Manager -> General Settings -> Organization -> Define Portfolio.

New Transactions

  • You can now find the function Execute Distribution for Treasury Offsetin the Actual Postings area.
  • You can find the following functions by choosing Tools -> Financial Object Integration:
  • Edit PA Part of Financial Object for Loan

  • Create Financial Object for Loan

  • You can find the Archiving Monitor function under Tools.
  • You can find the following new functions by choosing Tools -> Export from the Data Pool:
  • Start Export

  • Delete Change Pointers

  • Display Overview of Change Pointers

You can find the following functions by choosing Tools -> Export from the Data Pool -> Initial Load Program:

  • Initial Load: Security Class Data

  • Initial Load: Security Orders

  • Initial Load: Listed Derivatives

  • Initial Load: Loans
