Changing bid invitations: Sending e-mails to bidders

Use

When you made changes to bid invitations for which bids had already been submitted, you had to inform all bidders of these changes up unitl Release 2.0B.

From Release 2.0B, you can inform individual bidders via E-mail. This makes sense for example, if only certain bids are of interest to you, and you only want to inform these bidders of the changes. The HTML page is sent to portal bidders.
