Integration of SAP Business Workflow in SAP ArchiveLink

Description

Integration of SAP Business Workflow in SAP ArchiveLink has been enhanced:

• There are integrated interfaces for all storage scenarios.

In the mainmenu: Office --> Business Documents --> Documents --> Store

• There are two new storage scenarios:

• Store for assignment later

• Store and assign

• Enhancement of the SAP ArchiveLink workflow wizard

• Enhancement of the SAP ArchiveLink document types Customizing wizard

• Integration of the scenario 'Store for assignment later'

• It is possible to change between assigning and entering

• There is a connection to the Change & Transport System

• New standard tasks

• TS30001128

for the scenario 'Store for entry later'

• TS30001117

for the scenario 'Store for assginment later'

• It is possible to select the recipient when creating and changing

• View of presettings when creating and changing

• Storing

• Presentation as one hierarchy

• User-specific settings
