Background processing: Latest job start time

Description

When scheduling a background job, you can specify a latest start date and time in addition to the start date and time. This is the latest date and time the job is to be started. If the job has not run by this date and time due to a delay, the job will not be started after this date and time.

For periodic jobs, the latest start date and time is automatically adjusted according to the repeat interval; the time difference between the scheduled and latest start dates and times remains constant.
