Business Content for SAP Dispute Management (New)
Use
For the component SAP Dispute Management, which was developed as part of the solution SAP Financial Supply Chain Management, you can also use Business Content in the SAP Business Information Warehouse.
You can create reports on the master data of the dispute cases and the process integration data in Accounts Receivable.
Of particular interest are evaluations that combine data from these two areas. Different InfoSets enable the seamless integration of the data.
In addition to standard queries for sorting open dispute cases on a time basis, you can also use master data tables, InfoSets, and Operational Data Stores (ODS) to create reports. The modular definition of the extraction interfaces and InfoSources enables you to model your own InfoProviders very easily using the method of the flexible master data update.
