Fact Sheet Analysis (New)
Use
As of SAP Business Information Warehouse (SAP BW) release BI Content 3.5.2 Add-On, new business content for Fact Sheet Analysis is delivered as part of Customer, Sales and Service Analyses.
There is a new InfoCube CRM Common InfoCube for Fact Sheet (0CRM_FSC1) under the Customer Analyses Info Area (0CRM_CUST). This InfoCube is loaded with delta updates from the ODS objects containing data from the Sales and Service areas. It is then used as an InfoProvider to all the queries that enrich the Customer Fact Sheet InfoBlocks.
There is a new InfoSet Warranties for Installed Base Components (0CRM_ICWY). This InfoSet joins master data for Installed Base Components with the associated warranties. The ODS object for IBase Master Data (0CRM_IBCO) is joined with the ODS object Interlinkages between IBase Components and Warranties(0CRM_IBWY). With reference to this, the ODS object 0CRM_IBWY has been enhanced.

For the query Expiring Warranties (0CRM_ICWY_Q0101), the InfoObject Business Partner IBase must be filled for filtering purposes within the Fact Sheet Analysis. To fill this InfoObject during extraction, you must activate the customizing settings for partner influence for the used installation types in SAP CRM. To do this, go to SAP Implementation Guide -> Customer Relationship Management → Master Data → Installed Base → Installed Base Category →Activate Partner and Address Inheritance, Change in the Pastin the SAP CRM Customizing.
