Business Content for SAP Supplier Relationship Management

Use

As of Release BI Content 3.5.2 Add-On the following changes have been made to the Business Content for SAP Supplier Relationship Management (SRM):

  • Role Concept
In the case of SRM roles, we now distinguish between activation and end-user roles. This way you can choose exactly for which SRM components you wish to activate Business Content. The new SRM roles replace the BBP roles from previous Releases which are no longer to be used.
  • Pareto Analysis
The Pareto analysis helps you to optimize the purchase order volume of your company. This way the purchaser can see immediately how the individual purchase orders in his area of responsibility have been created.
  • Contract Management
Scheduling agreements are now evaluated here in addition to contracts.
  • Vendor Portfolio Management
In order to facilitate the comparison and selection of vendors for each product category by the strategic purchaser, the Vendor Portfolio Management has been created. Here the purchaser can find reports on risk analysis, on ABC analysis and on the vendor portfolio. All these reports can be sorted by product category.
  • Minority Status
To facilitate the support of minorities, there are two new reports and a Web Template. You can use these to ascertain if a vendor has minority status.

In order to implement these new functions, the SRM Business Content has been extended with the following objects:
