SAP Media: Media Sales and Distribution (M/SD) - Lifetime Analysis (New)

Use

The lifetime analysis provides information on the length of a customer's subscription to date or its total length if it has since been terminated.

When a media company analyzes its live subscriptions, a lifetime analysis allows them to judge their customers' loyalty to the company and customer retention with regard to a specific object.

Additional key figures for mapping the business transactions for subscription orders (such as suspensions, subsequent deliveries, and charitable transfers) have been added to the key figures in the InfoCube.

An additional ODS object has been created as an interim level for data retention for enriching order data with advertising data.
