Classification: Missing Deletion Records in Table AUSP

Description

If you have used engineering change management to change the classification of an object, the validity period of values assigned to single-value characteristics may not end with a deletion record. Programs that read table AUSP, where classification records are stored, may find classification records that are no longer valid.

To solve this problem, start report program RMAUSPDL. This program checks the classification records in table AUSP and adds deletion records where appropriate.

To start the program in test mode, choose Start report. You see a list of deletion records that are missing.

If you start the program in the ABAP editor, you can deselect the test mode indicator and run the program live.
