Changed procedure for modifying documentation.

Description

Prior to Release 4.5A, documentation was modified by the project

management (Transaction CMOD, menu path: ABAP Workbench ->

Utilities -> Enhancements -> Project management).

The modification could also be made with Transaction SE61, where

'Modification user' had to be selected as documentation type.

This documentation type need not be selected starting with 4.5A.

As of Release 4.5A, the documentation should be modified using

Transaction SE61 (menu path: ABAP Workbench -> Utilties ->

Documentation). The function module documentation is an exception;

it is maintained in Transaction SE37 (menu path: ABAP Workbench ->

Development -> Function Builder).

In Transaction SE61. first select the document class in the lower part

of the screen. Then select the name of the documentation object.

You can create a modification with 'Change'. A name in the customer

namespace and the type of the documentation object are queried

interactively. Define the name in the customer namespace as

required and choose original text or template.

Deleting a modified document causes the original text to be reset.
