/CPD/CA_CPD_PFP_1: Detailed Planning Functions (New)

Use

As of SAP Commercial Project Management 1.0 (comprising add-ons on SAP enhancement package 6 SP05 for SAP ERP and SAP enhancement package 3 SP05 for SAP NetWeaver 7.0), the business function CPD, Project Cost and Revenue Planning (/CPD/CA_CPD_PFP_1), you can use the following planning functions that are delivered in the standard planning workbooks:

  • Insert: Add a new plan item within a structure to plan for a new resource or resource type
  • Copy and Paste: Copy and paste plan items within the structure
  • Edit: Update characteristics such as resource type, resource, and transaction currency
  • Delete: Delete one or more items in a structure
  • Distribute: Distribute key figures across periods either equally (for quantity) or with reference to another key figure (for example, distribution of cost with reference to revenue)
  • Calculate:
  • Calculate transactional cost and revenue using rates and quantity

  • Calculate plan cost and revenue using currency conversion from transaction to plan currency

  • Save: Call the Calculate planning function to calculate and save data

You can also create your own planning functions and integrate them into the planning workbooks.
