/CPD/CA_CPD_PFP_1: Integration with Project Workspace (Changed)
Use
As of SAP Commercial Project Management 1.0, SP00 and SP03 (comprising add-ons on SAP enhancement package 6 SP05 for SAP ERP and SAP enhancement package 3 SP05 for SAP NetWeaver 7.0), the business function CPD, Project Cost and Revenue Planning (/CPD/CA_CPD_PFP_1), you can create financial plans for master projects. The integration with Project Workspace (CA-CPD-WS) provides:
- A unified view of project-specific financial plans along with analytic information for every version of a financial plan
- Analytical reports such as financial analysis, distribution analysis, detailed analysis, and project cost status
- In the SP00 delivery, you could only assign responsibility for business objects of the master project. As of SP03, you can also assign project members with responsibility for financial plans.
The business function /CPD/CA_CPD_PWS_1: CPD, Project Workspace provides a user interface that allows the consolidation of project-related business objects from different enterprise systems and the handling of various project-related activities (see /CPD/CA_CPD_PWS_1: Business Function CPD, Project Workspace (Changed)).
