/CPD/CA_CPD_PWS_1: Teams, Members, Roles, and Responsibilities (New)

Use

As of SAP Commercial Project Management 1.0, SP00and SP03(comprising add-ons on SAP enhancement package 6 SP07 for SAP ERP and SAP enhancement package 3 SP07 for SAP NetWeaver 7.0), the business function CPD, Project Workspace (/CPD/CA_CPD_PWS_1), you can:

• Setup teams that are responsible for various aspects of planning and executing master projects

• Identify the roles for each task, and assign members to each roles

• Assign responsibility for related businss objects such as sales orders and network activities to individual team members

• Copy the team structure, roles, and members from another master project to quickly set up teams

• View the master project hierarchy with the subordinate team structures

• Assign responsible teams to subobjects in the master project structure

• Assign roles, responsible teams, or persons to the master project structure

• View responsible persons when you choose a specific subobject in the master project structure

• Enable team status using the Specify Parameters function

Effects on Existing Data

If maintained in the system, HR master data or business partner data such as photos, contact numbers, e-mail IDs, and qualification details are also displayed in the personal information for team members.
