Internet Service Request (ISR) Scenarios (Enhanced)

Use

As of SAP ECC 5.00 (SAP_APPL 500), the following additional functions are available for the definition of scenarios for the Internet Service Request:

  • You can define a validity period for a scenario.
  • You can create a request using Adobe PDF forms.
  • To use the input help programmed in the BAdI QISR1 for Adobe forms, you must define the technical key values of this input help in the characteristic. There are two new fields available under characteristics for this purpose.
  • For scenarios that give rise to costs, you can define a price list. By selecting a price on this list, you ensure that costs are updated for each request in a cost collector (cost center, order) in Controlling as soon as the notification has been completed.
  • You can use two new Business Add-Ins QISR4 and QISR5.
