Improved performance in product costing

Description

To facilitate management of the log for costing runs executed in the background, you can generate a separate log for each low-level code.
To do this, you must

• set the Log indicator in the Update parameters when you create a costing run

• set the Log for each low-level code indicator when executing the costing run in the background

To reduce the runtime of the costing run when executing online, you can use parallel processing.
To do this, you must

• specify the servers and the number of modes in Customizing for Product Cost Controlling

• set the Parallel processing indicator when executing the costing run
