After Release 4.6C Only New Transactions Available For Manual Actual Postings

Use

After Release 4.6C the following transactions for manual actual postings will no longer be available:

  • Manual Reposting of Primary Costs: Entry/Display/Reversal (KB11, KB13, KB14 transactions)
  • Manual Reposting of Revenues: Entry/Display/Reversal (KB41, KB43, KB44 transactions)
  • Direct Activity Allocation: Entry/Display/Reversal (KB21, KB23, KB24 transactions)
  • Manual Cost Allocation: Entry/Display/Reversal ( KB15, KB16, KB17 transactions)
  • Sender Activities: Entry/Display/Reversal (KB51, KB53, KB54 transactions)

From Release 4.6A, the following new transactions for manual actual postings are available (see release note: EnjoySAP - New Interface For Manual Actual Postings):

  • Manual Reposting of Primary Costs: Entry/Display/Reversal (KB11N, KB13N, KB14N transactions)
  • Manual Reposting of Revenues: Entry/Display/Reversal (KB41N, KB43N, KB44N transactions)
  • Direct Activity Allocation: Entry/Display/Reversal (KB21N, KB23N, KB24N transactions)
  • Manual Cost Allocation: Entry/Display/Reversal (KB15N, KB16N, KB17N transactions)

After Release 4.6C there will also be transactions for Entry, display and reversal of sender activities.

Recommendation

SAP recommends that you use the corresponding BAPIs (Business Application Programming Interfaces) for transferring data. For more information, see the SAP Library under Cross-Application Components -> CA Data Transfer -> Data Transfer Workbench -> Data Transfer Objects in Applications -> CO External Data Transfer -> External Data Transfer With BAPIs -> Information Sheets For Actual Data Transfer.
