Knowledge Search Profiles (New)

Use

As of SAP CRM 5.0, you can define a knowledge search profile to:

• Determine which knowledge bases are offered to Interaction Center (IC) agents in the Database dropdown in the IC WebClient knowledge search

• Restrict agents' access to the knowledge base SDB (Solution Database) in the IC WebClient knowledge search

You define knowledge search profiles in Customizing for the Interaction Center WebClient -> Basic Functions -> Define Knowledge Search Profiles. For more information, see the Implementation Guide (IMG) documentation.
