ERP Sales Order in the Interaction Center WebClient (New)

Use

As of SAP CRM 5.0, you can use the Interaction Center (IC) WebClient to create sales orders in SAP ERP Central Component (SAP ECC). You can use the intuitive user interface of the IC WebClient to create orders and the system saves them in SAP ECC. One advantage of this method is that you can also display product proposals (which may be based on a customer's last few orders, for example) from SAP CRM Marketing and transfer them into the sales order.

This function is especially well-suited for sales orders placed by corporate customers (B2B), since these orders may contain many items.
