Integration with CRM Online (New)
Use
As of Release 3.0, SAP CRM Mobile Sales exchanges data directly with CRM Online, through the SAP CRM Middleware Broker.
Effects on Data Transfer
The following types of master and transactional data can be synchronized:
- Business partners
- Sales and service products
- Sales and service documents
- Conditions and pricing information
- Opportunities
- Activities
- Campaigns, target lists, products, allocations
- Marketing profiles
- Employees (download only)
- Organizational structure and data (download only)
- Customizing data (download only)
Customizing data is now downloaded from CRM Online via the consolidated database, not from R/3. This means that customizing only has to be done once for the whole mySAP CRM solution.
Exceptions
Because CRM Online is not able to handle free goods, orders containing free goods items are passed directly to the R/3 OLTP system.
The Listings and Contracts components are not yet integrated with CRM Online.
