Copying Service Transactions

Use

You can copy service transactions and therefore use existing transactions as templates for new transactions.

The following data is copied from the transaction:

• Detail data from the transaction header and transaction item

• Organizational data

• Partner data

• Texts

Effects on System Administration

Effects on Customizing

You perform the following settings for copying service transactions in the implementation guide (IMG):

• Customer Relationship Management -> Transactions-> Basic Settings -> Copying Control for Business Transactions

• Customer Relationship Management -> Basic Functions -> Partner Processing -> Define Access Sequences

• Customer Relationship Management -> Basic Functions -> Text Management-> Set Texts
