Organizational Management Wizards
Use
Organizational management wizards have been developed in Release 20C that can be used when making settings for automatic organizational data determination. These wizards make it easier to create determination rules and organizational data profiles.
The following wizards are available:
- Creating a determination rule of the type responsibilities
- Creating a determination rule of the type organizational attributes
- Creating a new organizational data profile and assigning an
- organizational data profile to a transaction type
- In this wizard the organizational data profile is created and assigned to the required transaction types or item categories.
You can find the wizards in Customizing for organizational management under Organizational Data Determination -> Wizard for Organizational Data Determination.
To change the determination rules or organizational profiles, use the previous maintenance transactions. You can find these under Organizational Data Determination -> Change Rules and Profiles. You can also continue to use the maintenance transactions for creating rules and profiles.
