Changes in the Locator in the Contact Center

Use

The following changes exist in the locator in the Contact Center in Release 2.0C:

• Changed display of business activities: The business activities for a business partner are displayed with the entry channel, for example, telephone or Internet.

• New search:

• You have the option of searching for all business activities with a business partner, that is, a type of customer history is displayed in hit list for the locator.

• You can search for the planned business activities for a business partner. The planned business activities are displayed in the hit list with the planned completion time.
