Telesales: New product information component

Use

As of Release 2.0C, you have access to the new product information on the Telesales interface. This enables the call center agent to provide the customer with the required information immediately, without having to switch to another transaction.

In the locator, you can search for a product or product hierarchy and select the required object. The system displays the corresponding information as a new tab page. Here, you can find a detailed description of the product, for example, a depiction which is maintained in the Business Document Navigator.

It is also possible to select a product proposal or a product quick search on the Product information tab page, and therefore to display the required product information.

You set in the product master which information is displayed.

If the customer wants to place an order immediately, the agent can enter the requested quantity directly on the product information tab page, and copy it to the sales order.
