CRM Sales Performance Analysis
Use
CRM Sales Performance Analysis is a reporting tool for monitoring and managing sales performance, in a way that meets the challenges of today's rapidly changing and demanding sales environment. It consists of reports and analyses based on queries in the SAP Business Information Warehouse, and compares both financial and operational figures taken from a range of analytical applications. This ensures that reporting is not purely concerned with financial success rates, but that it contributes to a clear company strategy by providing an overview of all important key figures.
The queries in CRM Sales Performance Analysis use data taken from the CRM system, such as master data about business partners or products, and transaction data from business transactions, such as activities, opportunities, orders and contracts. This data is evaluated and analyzed in order to provide valuable information about sales pipelines, sales funnels, customer lifetimes and profitability, as well as the efficiency of your company's internal processes.
