Integration with the SAP Business Information Warehouse (New)
Use
In Release 3.0, you have the option of using the integration of service processes with the SAP Business Information Warehouse. This functionality includes the following:
- Predefined key figures that you can use to analyze service processes in your company with regard to their volume, quality (for example, on the basis of complaints received) and economic efficiency (through a comparison of costs and revenue).
- You have the option of defining your own key figures.
- The SAP Business Information Warehouse offers you additional evaluation processes for master data from the CRM System, such as products and business partners.
- You can use the transaction key figures (for example, number of service processes in the CRM System) and the corresponding value flow in the R/3 System (costs and revenue for a transaction) to analyze the complete service process.
- The following data is available from the CRM System for evaluation in the SAP Business Information Warehouse:
- Transaction header and transaction item data
- Contract header and contract item data
- Confirmation header and confirmation item data
- Complaints item data
- Subject data
