Using Surveys in Internet, Intranet and Extranet Scenarios (new)

Use

As of Release 3.1, you can send surveys to specified recipients either as a URL link in an e-mail or as a HTML file attached to an e-mail. This enables you to use surveys in Internet, Intranet and Extranet scenarios. For example, you can distribute surveys to a number of recipients as part of a marketing campaign or a customer satisfaction survey. The data entered by the recipients is then submitted and can be evaluated later.

Note

It is only currently possible to use surveys in Internet, Intranet and Extranet scenarios as a project-based function. If you wish to implement this function, contact your SAP consultant for further information.
