Terminology in Enterprise Intelligence (Changed)
Use
As of SAP CRM Release 4.0, the following terminology has changed:

| Symptom | Problem |
| Symptom type | Problem type |
| Symptom category | Problem subtype |
| Symptom code | Problem code |
| Solution category | Solution subtype |
Symptom has been changed to problem because problem is a term with greater acceptance amongst users.
Category has been changed to subtype in order to indicate the dependency between, for example, a problem type and the problem subtypes that can be defined for it in Customizing for the Solution Database.
