Catalog Views (new for SP04)

Use

As of CRM 4.0 SP04, for ISA (R/3 Edition), with the TREX server, you can now create and manage specific catalog views in your Web shop. You can maintain the catalog views for specific target groups or business partners, and determine recipients automatically.

For example, you can filter catalog data so that certain customers logging on to the Web shop only see the products that they are allowed to order, or customer-specific prices. Or, you can create Web shop specific catalog views so that all Web shop users have the same, reduced catalog view, meaning you have various views for one particular catalog.

You create, maintain, and activate catalog views using function modules, and by setting the Enable Catalog Views flag in the Shop Administration tool.
