Data sources for Segment Builder (enhanced)

Use

As of CRM Release 4.0, processing of data sources for Segment Builder have been enhanced with the following functions:

• Consistency checks for data sources

If selection data sources are changed again after formatting for Segment Builder, inconsistencies may arise. When creating selection attribute lists, you therefore now have the option to run a consistency check for your data sources. Press the Update data sourcepushbutton to access a selection of different checks. Update attributes checks whether the attributes have changed in the meantime. Adopt descriptions in logon language is used to check whether the description exists in the corresponding logon language and this is then adopted, if necessary. If you select Delete inconsistent filters, the system checks whether the data category is still consistent with the attribute.

• Copying assignments to data sources

During processing of selection attribute lists, you can copy the assignments to data sources from other attribute lists. This is especially helpful if several filters and filter conditions have already been set for the attributes in the assignment. The selections can then be used many times. Push the Copy assignmentspushbutton to obtain a list of existing assignments.
