Organizational Data Settings Check for Sales Areas (changed for SP02)

Use

As of CRM 4.0, Support Package 2, you can now run a report to compare the sales area data you have maintained in your organizational model in the SAP R/3 system with the data you have maintained in CRM Enterprise.

The trouble shooting tool provides you with an overview of your maintained data in both systems, so you can establish inconsistent or missing sales area data quickly and efficiently, without a painstaking search through Customizing settings to find the error.

Once you have found the inaccuracies in the generated list of sales area data, you can maintain the sales areas correctly in the organizational model in the relevant system.

To generate a list of the sales areas you have maintained for your sales areas in the SAP R/3 system and in CRM Enterprise, to establish inconsistencies, between the two, run the report Organizational Data Settings Check in Customizing.
