Opportunity Management: Saving Graphical Display of Buying Center

Use

You can enter all persons in the buying center who are involved in the decision process, you can store their degree of influence, you can display the relationship set of these persons, and you can enter descriptive attributes for each. A graphical maintenance is available to you for this in the SAP GUI (as of Release 3.0), and in CRM Mobile (as of 4.0).

Up until now, the graphical assignment of persons, and the display of relationships was determined and specified by the system in the SAP GUI.

As of Release 4.0, you can now save the changes you make in the graphic together with the opportunity. This means that you can now determine graphical assignments yourself. Data for the buying center is exchanged between CRM Enterprise and CRM Mobile.
