Note for Existing Quotations (New)

Use

As of CRM Release 4.0, you can display a note for existing quotations for the entered business partner when you create a sales order. In order that the system displays this note, the organizational units and the entered products in the quotation have to also correspond with entries in the sales order. If the system finds several quotations for which these prerequisites have been fulfilled, it displays a list of existing quotations. You can choose the quotation with which the order should be linked. This function is not available to you on the CRM Mobile Client,

and in the Interaction Center Web Client.

You can make settings in Customizing for transaction types on whether and how you wish quotation determination to be executed. Choose the Implementation Guide Customer Relationship Management → Transactions → Basic Settings → Define Transaction Types.
