One-to-One E-Mail (Enhanced)

Use

With SAP CRM 5.0, the One-to-One E-Mail application offers a broad range of functions.

Standard formulations You can use mail templates to insert predefined text into your e-mails.

You create the corresponding standard formulations in the SAP Menu transaction Marketing --> Personalized Mail --> Maintain Mail Form.

You make the assignment to your One-to-One application in the application category editor in the People-Centric UI.

Signatures

You can now maintain e-mail signatures in the send screen under Settings. You can maintain the signatures in both HTML and plain text format.

Global address lists

From the send screen, you can access the global address lists in your Microsoft Outlook application.

Distribution lists

From the send screen, you can access distribution lists in your Microsoft Outlook application.

Business object assignment

The business object assignment is now also available for e-mails sent from the SAP CRM system. You can assign e-mails to other business partners and additional business objects.

You can open the business object assignment with the new pushbutton Links on the send screen.
