Employee BSP (New)

Use

Customer Relationship Management 5.0 provides an Employee application in the People-Centric UI for searching for employees and maintaining employee data. It has been designed specifically to show the company data for an employee (business partner with type person) and integrates:

• HR-specific data, such as employee group, employee subgroup, personnel area, subgroup.

• Data created in the organizational model and linked to the employee by means of an employee relationship with an organization. This includes data such as building, department, room, telephone, e-mail.
  The relationship is created in the organizational model by creating an organization, positions, persons, and assigning the person to a position in the organizational structure. This creates a business partner relationship of type Is Employee Of in the business partner database tables.

The following standard tab pages are available:

• Account Overview
  Provides an overview of the accounts for which the employee is responsible. Accounts cannot be created or changed, but relationships to accounts can be added or removed in this overview.

• Interaction History
  Shows the interaction history for the employee with all closed business activities.

• Activities
  Shows the open and planned activities for the employee.

• Attachments
  Enables you to attach documents.

• Notes
  Enables you to enter notes.

• E-mail and fax functions
  Allows you to send an e-mail or fax directly from the Employee BSP.

The Employee application is integrated in the solution for sales managers under Company -> Employee Directory.
