Agent Inbox in the Interaction Center WinClient (Enhanced)
Use
As of SAP CRM 5.0, you can integrate business transactions into your agent inbox. With this enhancement, the agent inbox becomes a central worklist.
The fact that the transaction-based agent inbox is based on the settings of the existing agent inbox makes for a smooth upgrade.
The following new functions are available in the transaction-based agent inbox:
- Integration of all business transactions
- Definition of your own inbox statuses
- Definition of your own selection periods to use as defaults
- Configuration of the inbox folder display

If you already use the agent inbox, in Customizing for Customer Relationship Management, review and make the necessary settings for all activities under Interaction Center WinClient --> Visible Components --> Application Area --> Agent Inbox Settings --> Transaction-Based Settings for Agent Inbox
