Business Partner Creation in Mobile Sales (New)
Use
Customer Relationship Management 5.0 incorporates a business partner maintenance option in several business processes in the Business Partners and Contact Persons choice windows. Now if the relevant business partner or contact person is not found, it is no longer necessary to cancel your work, as a new business partner or contact person can be created from the relevant point within the process without interrupting data entry.
When the standard input help is used within a business process to select a business partner or contact
person, two new buttons Create Business Partner and Create
Contact Person are available in the Business Partners and
Contact Persons choice windows. By choosing the appropriate button, you can create the necessary
business partner or contact person in a new window. Only key data (basic master data and address data)
can be entered in this window. Additional information such as relationships, additional address information, and communication lines cannot be maintained at this point.
This function is integrated in all areas, for example:
- Activities
- Opportunities
- Sales transactions
- Relationship maintenance
