Worklist (New)

Use

As of SAP CRM 5.1, a combined workflow and alert inbox is available in the Worklist in SAP Customer Relationship Management.

This means that these two functions are now integrated into the user interface for CRM.

You can navigate from the workflow and alert list to the detailed view for alerts and workflow tasks, or to alert personalization.

You can find the Customizing activities for the worklist in Customizing for Customer Relationship Management by choosing Basic Functions --> Worklist.
