Assessments in Opportunities Based on Expected Sales Volume (New)

Use

This release note is relevant if upgrading from SAP CRM 5.0 or from SAP CRM 5.2.

You can configure the application to automatically prompt users to fill an assessment for an opportunity when the expected sales volume or expected total value exceeds a predefined threshold. Further, you can specify whether the assessment is mandatory or optional.

The settings for this new function are defined in Customizing for CRM by choosing Transactions → Settings for Opportunities → Sales Methodology → Questionnaire for Opportunities.
